Notice filed with the bankruptcy court confirming that all conditions to the Joint Plan had been satisfied and that the Effective Date as to the Reorganized Archdiocese occurred on December 26, 2025.

Plan of Reorganization

The reorganization plan confirmed by the Court, which creates and funds the Settlement Trust for abuse claimants and sets the terms governing the Archdiocese going forward.

Settlement Trust Agreement

The trust agreement establishing the Settlement Trust, appointing Donald C. Massey as Settlement Trustee, and setting out how the trust's assets are held, administered, and distributed to abuse claimants under the Plan.
